I’m developing an AI-driven platform designed to replace guesswork with data, and pairing it with targeted advisory work to strengthen the systems leaders operate within.

Because when leadership fails, it’s usually a system problem, not a talent problem.

On a grey Canberra morning, the clouds shifted and sunlight cut through. The path beneath my feet didn’t change. The light did.
