Most leadership development fixes the person and ignores the system around them. Most organisational reviews fix the system and ignore the people in it.
SPARK looks at both, because each one causes problems the other gets blamed for.
It measures what people do, not personality types or how they feel about their manager. Behaviour is what you can see, and what you can change.

One person, one honest read
For any leader who wants an honest read on how they're operating, or an executive who wants to see what SPARK finds before putting a team through it.
You get a report on how you're operating across accountability, role clarity and communication. Then a 60-min one-to-one coaching call with me to work out what it means and what to change first.

See the whole picture
For executives who want to know where their organisation stands before deciding where to invest.
What it looks at how mature your leadership and ways of working are across accountability, role clarity and communication, for each team and the organisation as a whole.
You get where you are now, where you need to be, and what's in the way. Plus a clear view of where your time and money will make the biggest difference.
Depending on org or team size, takes 3-8 weeks. Priced to scale.

90 days to a change you can see
For leaders working through it together. Usually people promoted for their technical skill who are now expected to lead.
Each leader completes their SPARK assessment. Together we pick the one behaviour that will make the biggest difference in their role.
One-to-one coaching sessions and group sessions. Leaders practise on their real work, with their real team, not in role plays. The group sessions are where they compare notes and hold each other to it.
Each leader is measured again, so you'll see evidence on which behaviours shifted, and where to focus next.
Who owns the outcome, and does everyone agree? When it's missing, the deadline slips and three people each assumed someone else had it.
What each person is there to do and decide. When it's missing, two managers make the same call two different ways, and the team learns to wait for whoever pushes hardest.
Whether the right conversation happens early. When it's missing, the problem everyone could see in March gets raised in June.
Leaders own their individual results and decide whether to share them with their manager or coach or not, which is a data point in itself.
Executives see aggregated patterns across the team, never one person's answers.
People answer honestly when they know the results belong to them rather than the organisation.
That's what makes the data worth having.
