Vicky has spent 25 years fixing the gap between what organisations want to achieve and what actually gets done.

Starting in recruitment across Australia and the UK, she kept seeing the same pattern: good people failing not because they couldn't do the work, but because the work was poorly designed. Wrong roles, unclear expectations, broken processes.

After placing everyone from graduate hires to C-suite executives across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, the real problem became obvious: most performance issues aren't people problems - they're structure problems.

Vicky's approach: Find what's not working, fix it fast, measure the results. No corporate theatre, no endless workshops. Just practical solutions that make work flow better. She's particularly good at helping leaders who know something's wrong but can't put their finger on what.

That's why she created Spark Space. Instead of just finding people to fit broken systems, she fixes the systems so people can actually succeed.
